Hi there! I'm Tajia, but my friends call me Tay. As a single mother of two incredible kids, I decided to embark on this exciting journey of starting a mobile bar service. Having been raised in the bar industry and with over 5 years of experience as an entertainer and in bar service, this venture was a natural fit for me. It was born out of my passion for connecting with new people and creating memorable experiences that bring everyone together.

What is included in the mobile bar rental?
We provide a complete setup for your bar, including a mobile bar unit, one or more RAMP-certified bartenders, ice, cups, cocktail napkins, and straws. Depending on your package, you can also choose to add satellite bars, additional bartenders, and beverage consultations. Please note that alcohol is not included, but we offer a complimentary shopping list to help you purchase the right amount of beverages for your event.

Will The Starlit Sips travel?
The booking includes our business in the 15213 zip code and any type of event that requires mobile bar event services within a 10-mile radius. However, beyond that, it will require a travel fee. Which is confirmed during the consult.
What is dry hire, and why should you book with The Starlit Sips?
Dry hire means renting just the bar and equipment, without any drinks or staff. PA State laws prevent us from providing or selling alcohol for private events. That means you, your venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol, but that doesn't mean we will leave you alone. When you book with The Starlit Sips, you're not just renting a bar—you're creating an unforgettable experience. We bring creativity, flair, and top-notch service to elevate your event. Whether you want a simple setup or a full-service experience, we tailor everything to your needs, ensuring your guests are talking about your event long after it's over.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options for events?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of non-alcoholic options through our Mocktail Package and our Coffee Bar Experience. Our professional mixologist or barista can craft specialty drinks that will delight your guests without alcohol. These packages are perfect for corporate events, family-friendly gatherings, or anyone looking for delicious non-alcoholic drinks.
Can you accommodate outdoor events or special locations?
Yes, we are fully equipped to handle outdoor and unique event locations across Pennsylvania. Our mobile bar setups are versatile and can be arranged in almost any venue. We just ask that you inform us of any special requirements in advance, such as access to electricity or covering for weather.​

How far in advance do I need to book your services?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially during peak event seasons like weddings and holidays. However, we are not accepting new bookings until January 2025 to allow time for finalizing company preparations. After that, availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need event insurance, and is it included?
We include General Event & Liquor Liability Insurance with our bartending packages to ensure both your event and our services are covered. While our insurance covers the bar services, we recommend that clients obtain additional event insurance for full protection, especially for larger gatherings.
Can you help with event planning beyond bartending?
Yes! In addition to bartending services, The Starlit Sips offers full event planning, party hosting, custom party favors, and server services.
