✅ If the issue is a production error (wrong size, incorrect design, or a defect caused by us), the customer is eligible for a refund (excluding any deposit, if applicable).

✅ If the issue is not the fault of The Starlit Sips (incorrect size ordered, customer design error, or change of mind), the order is only eligible for store credit—no refunds.

🚫 There are no returns on custom apparel once printed.
 
💡 Design Deposit Fee Policy:
If we customizable for you, a non-refundable deposit of 25$ for orders over $50 or 10$ for orders over 20$ will be charged.
This fee will be applied toward your order once you approve the design.
If you decide not to proceed with printing after the proof has been created, the deposit/proof fee is non-refundable.
