ā The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).If your order qualifies, we will process a full refund or offer a free replacement.

If the issue is not the fault of The Starlit Sips, your order is eligible for in-store credit instead of a refund. This includes:
ā Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
ā Customer changes their mind after the order is made.
ā Personalization issues due to customer-provided information.In-store credit can be used towards any future order.
š« There are no returns on custom apparel once printed.
š” Design Deposit Fee Policy:If we customizable for you, a non-refundable deposit of 25$ for orders over $50 or 10$ for orders over 20$ will be charged.This fee will be applied toward your order once you approve the design.If you decide not to proceed with printing after the proof has been created, the deposit/proof fee is non-refundable.

- Local Delivery (Pittsburgh & Nearby Areas) ā $5 Flat Fee
- Standard Shipping (U.S. Only) ā Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
