At The Starlit Sips, we take pride in providing high-quality custom products. Due to the nature of custom apparel, all sales are final unless the issue is determined to be our fault. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔹 Refund & Return Eligibility

We only offer refunds if:
✅ The wrong item, size, or design was sent due to an error on our end.
✅ The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

If your order qualifies, we will process a full refund or offer a free replacement.

🔹 In-Store Credit Policy

If the issue is not the fault of The Starlit Sips, your order is eligible for in-store credit instead of a refund. This includes:
❌ Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
❌ Customer changes their mind after the order is made.
❌ Personalization issues due to customer-provided information.

In-store credit can be used towards any future order.

🚫 There are no returns on custom apparel once printed.

💡 Design Deposit Fee Policy:If we customizable for you, a non-refundable deposit of 25$ for orders over $50 or 10$ for orders over 20$ will be charged.This fee will be applied toward your order once you approve the design.If you decide not to proceed with printing after the proof has been created, the deposit/proof fee is non-refundable.

🔹 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Custom & personalized items (unless defective or incorrect due to our mistake).
🚫 Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
🚫 Rush orders (unless the issue is company error).

🔹 How to Request a Refund or In-Store Credit

2️⃣ Provide order details and clear photos of the issue.
3️⃣ If approved, we will process a refund, replacement, or in-store credit within 5-7 business days.

At The Starlit Sips, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping process for all orders. Below is our shipping policy for both physical and digital products.

🔹 Processing & Shipping Times

📦 Physical Products:

• Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 4-5 business days after completion.
• Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

💻 Digital Products:

• All digital products (such as designs, print files, etc.) will be delivered within 48 hours of order completion via email or download link.

🔹 Shipping Rates & Methods

• Local Pickup (Pittsburgh, PA) – Free
• Local Delivery (Pittsburgh & Nearby Areas) – $5 Flat Fee
• Standard Shipping (U.S. Only) – Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Expedited Shipping – Available upon request (additional fees apply).

🚀 Tracking Information:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

🔹 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

🔹 Order Issues & Address Corrections

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer must pay for reshipment.
